Casper's Tattoo Portfolio
Casper is a 21 year old tattoo artist and body piercer. Casper has been practicing his craft since he was 13 years old, completing 5 years as an apprentice under his father Kevin (also employed at Blue Magic!) Casper is a native to Bellingham and is a proud member of the LGBT+ community. Some of his favorite styles of tattooing are Linework-Focused, Black and Grey, and American Traditional. Casper enjoys doing horror and science/science-fiction themed pieces.
